Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients to build relationships and drive sales conversion.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and active clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and gift receipts accurately and securely.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards to brand guidelines, including floor styling and window displays.
  • Support inventory management: receive, tag, stock and replenish merchandise; assist in stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with fitting-room service, product demonstrations and client follow-up communications.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team during peak periods, opening/closing and promotional events; adapt to changing priorities and shift patterns.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-level client service in a retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal shifts.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; reliable and trustworthy.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
