Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Xi'an, China (MixC) — deliver luxury client service, omni-channel selling and in-store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture client data and convert online engagement into sales.
  • Manage transactions and omni-channel services accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
  • Support day-to-day store operations including receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a well-presented sales floor and stockroom; comply with retail policies and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Operate effectively across multiple customers and high-traffic periods while maintaining composure and professional service.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS workflows, and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly (occasionally up to 50 lb), bend, climb and manage stockroom tasks.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping and clienteling preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency as stated in the posting.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omnichannel selling and social/live-stream commerce is preferred.

Education
