Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences that reflect the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demonstrations) to capture client data and close sales.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by developing personal sales plans, cross‑selling and upselling to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well‑organized sales floor and stockroom, follow POS and asset protection procedures, and support inventory cycles.
- Adapt selling techniques during high traffic periods, manage multiple customers concurrently and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional, calm demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni‑channel retail environments are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
