Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Woodstock, GA (Atlanta area) — temporary role, $15.00–$24.25/hr. Join Coach's retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised customer service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and store POS systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-streaming to capture customer data and stimulate omnichannel sales.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, stockroom management, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales or customer-facing retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile device use (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within a salesfloor/stockroom environment.

Experience
Minimum one year of sales or customer-facing retail experience; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel/clienteling approaches strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Woodstock, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Atlanta.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
