Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with brand guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers while reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as required
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to read and understand price sheets and product release information
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
• Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities. Luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
