Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Sales Support Associate in Vaughan, Ontario — full‑time retail role supporting POS, stockroom and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering personalised service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in accordance with company policy.
- Support store merchandising: replenish stock, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain a well-presented sales floor.
- Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support social media engagement as a brand ambassador.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards, loss prevention guidelines and health & safety procedures.
- Provide flexible support to the sales floor during peak periods, partnering with colleagues and management to meet store targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and Internet‑enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada — conveniently close to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
