Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Vaughan, Ontario — customer-facing luxury retail role focused on clienteling and omnichannel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with brand standards.
  • Build and deepen client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation and compliance with retail policies and asset-protection procedures.
  • Adapt selling approach to fluctuating traffic and business needs while supporting teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkies.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel, and move within the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; demonstrated success in a customer-facing role. Luxury retail background is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
