Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Toronto, Ontario (Yorkdale) to deliver luxury client service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Operate Mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while maintaining service standards.
- Utilize clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture customer data, source new clients and encourage repeat purchases.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas; participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Practical experience using POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping, video demos or short-form content and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience and familiarity with live-streaming or video product demonstrations are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
