Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive client outreach and in‑store selling.
- Execute clienteling and CRM activities, including follow‑up communications and appointment management.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately.

Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand experience strongly preferred.

- Comfortable using POS systems and conducting accurate cash handling.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet retail needs.
- Right to work in the United States.
