Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive client outreach and in‑store selling.
  • Execute clienteling and CRM activities, including follow‑up communications and appointment management.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and store housekeeping to brand standards.
  • Support inventory counts, stock replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Adhere to cash‑handling procedures and loss‑prevention policies; assist with opening and closing routines.
  • Collaborate with the store team on promotions, launches and seasonal floor sets.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable client service aptitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and conducting accurate cash handling.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet retail needs.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience
