Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand style and service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers and follow up to close sales and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and well-stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain calm, professional demeanor and adapt behaviors based on feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to read and interpret pricing and release information
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, strong customer service orientation, and experience with omni-channel selling approaches. Familiarity with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling systems is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant retail experience and education will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
