Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate in Skokie, Illinois - part-time retail role at Old Orchard store, $15-$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Suggest add-on products and promotional items; promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace awareness
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to use walkie talkie systems and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier or stock roles, is required. Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected, though a combination of relevant retail experience may substitute for formal educational requirements.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
