Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Seoul, South Korea — front-line retail role focused on luxury client service and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach service and styling standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and transact omni-channel sales.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospects to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and orderly stockroom maintenance.
  • Process transactions accurately (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement).
  • Support colleagues across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; comfortable with basic retail technology and walkie-talkies.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience capturing client data to drive repeat business.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail and who can demonstrate clienteling, omni-channel selling and social/video selling experience.
