Coach — Sales Associate (part-time) in Scottsdale, AZ. Front-line retail role delivering luxury client service, omni-channel selling and visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a well-organized, fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and store policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie-talkies.
  • Social media savvy with experience or interest in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data-acquisition capability preferred.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple customers while maintaining service standards.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and executing clienteling or omni-channel selling is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
