Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalised assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash, cards and other media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, inspect and process shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom organisation.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain store housekeeping standards.
- Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information when permitted and support local brand engagement, including social media initiatives.
- Support loss-prevention protocols and collaborate with sales team and management to respond to customer requests and peak-store demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive landscape within the market.
- Proven competency with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer/Internet tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods; able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
