Coach Sales Support Associate (Part-time) in Orlando, FL: $15–$21.75/hr. Retail sales, POS operations, inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media transactions in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines; lift and maneuver merchandise up to 50 lbs occasionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in luxury retail
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie equipment and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

1+ years of retail experience, with preference for luxury retail service environment background
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered
