Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Orlando, FL — deliver luxury client service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized client service as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by developing and executing personal sales plans and participating in team-driven targets.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and inventory cycles.
  • Perform visual merchandising, replenishment and stockroom management to ensure product availability and a pristine sales floor.
  • Source new customers, cross-sell and upsell to maximize average transaction value and contribute to overall store revenue.
  • Maintain asset protection, retail policies and POS procedures while sustaining a safe, organized and high-energy sales environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; provide and receive constructive feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience or comfort in live‑stream shopping, video demos or short‑form content (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to perform frequent bending, kneeling and sales-floor movement.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ year in a retail sales role; experience in luxury or fashion retail and demonstrated success meeting sales targets and executing omni‑channel selling is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
