Coach Sales Support Associate in Oklahoma City, OK. Part-time luxury retail position offering $15–$18.50/hr, benefits, and brand ambassador opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance tailored to the luxury retail experience
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and digital media in compliance with company policies and audit standards
  • Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory integrity
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards and loyalty programs, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance customer relationships
  • Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards
  • Serve as an internal and community brand ambassador; support social media engagement and local market presence initiatives
  • Respond to customer requests confidently, support sales floor activities, and collaborate with team members and management on operational needs
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier operations, stock management, or sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive landscape within the luxury accessories market
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
