Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering personalised, elevated service in accordance with Coach standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations.
  • Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; leverage social selling and short-form video to capture customer data and generate sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions to support store initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer/tablet usage (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season days and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Social media savviness and experience with live‑stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.

Experience

At least one year of direct sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrable success meeting individual KPIs and using omni‑channel selling techniques (clienteling, social selling, mobile POS).

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
