Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario (part-time) — deliver luxury client service and omnichannel retail sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while upholding service standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise, and ensure proper product flow between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, multitask between customers, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection protocols; keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven competency operating POS systems and mobile POS platforms (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
No formal education required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
