Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to support store operations and enhance customer experience across cash wrap and sales floor functions. The role encompasses product receipt and processing, inventory management, visual merchandising updates, and personalized client assistance in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This position demands accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining Coach's brand standards throughout every customer interaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- One year or more of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet, and walkie-talkie operation
- Ability to read and understand price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency

Experience
One year or more of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
