Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
  • Process, receive, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage stock levels on the sales floor, replenish merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
  • Suggest add-on products and complementary items, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement and local community initiatives
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; combination of education and relevant experience considered
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
  • Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release information, and utilize walkie talkie communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
