Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining presentation standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; basic computer proficiency required.
- Proven clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to bend, climb and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of frontline retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience is preferred and will be favourably considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
