Coach Retail Sales Associate in New York, NY — Coach seeks a client-focused Retail Sales Associate to deliver luxury service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to build long-term relationships and drive store sales and loyalty.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across handbags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories; advise clients on fit, care and complementary purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Execute in-store merchandising and visual standards, including seasonal floor moves and product presentation to brand guidelines.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up communications.
- Support stock management activities: receiving deliveries, inventory counts, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, private client appointments and after-hours clienteling initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing presence appropriate to luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert footfall into sustained client relationships.
