Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and service standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building (clienteling).
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and effectively communicate features, provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, accurately process transactions and manage returns/exchanges in line with store policies.
  • Support visual merchandising and housekeeping to ensure the boutique presents a polished, brand-accurate environment.
  • Build and maintain client records using CRM tools; execute follow-up communications and appointment bookings.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks including receiving, restocking and cycle counts; uphold loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to store operations, teamwork and seasonal initiatives, including events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior experience with a luxury fashion or accessories brand is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑quality client service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Comfortable handling cash and card transactions with attention to accuracy.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional presentation and alignment with Coach brand standards.

Experience
