Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and follow‑up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; actively pursue new customer acquisition.
- Operate mobile POS and complete transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) accurately and efficiently.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short‑form video to capture customer data and stimulate omni‑channel sales.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store‑level projects; accept and act on feedback to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and the ability to read price/release sheets.
- Proven ability to work at a fast pace, manage multiple customers and meet individual KPIs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ year of sales experience with a record of meeting targets; luxury retail background and experience with clienteling, social selling or live‑stream/video demos is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
