Coach (Tapestry) in Monroe, Ohio seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and drive store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalized client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and execute daily cash-wrap duties.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, and maintain organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Execute visual merchandising tasks and maintain service standards and product presentation on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust-based team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie communication.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data‑acquisition experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet measurable KPIs.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail, clienteling and social selling experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
