Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized styling and service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, tailored recommendations, and follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling, and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick-ups, returns, exchanges).
  • Maintain a well‑presented sales floor and stockroom, adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies, and support inventory cycles.
  • Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and support teammates in other functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capable of regularly lifting 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling and moving merchandise.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Minimum one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail, omni‑channel selling, clienteling, or social/live‑stream shopping experience is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail, merchandising or customer‑service coursework preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
