Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert omni‑channel opportunities.
- Operate transactions and service requests efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a pristine, organized sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and store policies.
- Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement—and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS devices and walkie‑talkies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales and stockroom environments.
- Strong English language proficiency for customer engagement and store operations.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail and omni-channel/clienteling experience preferred. Familiarity with social commerce, live-streaming or short-form video selling is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer-service vocational training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
