Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers via in-store and digital channels.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, click-and-collect), inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain an organised, visually compliant sales floor and stockroom; support visual merchandising and inventory cycles.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic IT devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkie and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
