Coach Sales Support Associate position in Livermore, California. Retail role at San Francisco Premium Outlets with $15.00–$21.75/hr, part-time flexible schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Operate the POS system accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, verify accuracy, organize inventory, and maintain a clean stockroom environment
- Maintain sales floor visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and execute brand updates
- Suggest product add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Support the team and management to ensure overall store efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet)
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles; experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or customer service training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
