Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, follow POS and asset-protection procedures, and participate in inventory cycles.
  • Source new customers, log interactions, and close sales through timely follow-up.
  • Adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs while managing multiple customers with high energy and professionalism.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; provide and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS devices.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and social selling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with luxury or premium retail background, demonstrated success hitting KPIs, and experience using POS and clienteling systems are preferred. Social selling or live‑stream selling experience is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
