Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary client service on the sales floor, welcoming clients, qualifying needs and delivering personalized recommendations to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, processing transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays, windows and stock presentation reflect brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory tasks: receive and process deliveries, replenish sales floor stock, conduct cycle counts and coordinate with stockroom to resolve discrepancies.
- Execute clienteling activities: update CRM records, follow up on leads, schedule appointments and support VIP servicing initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties such as daily sales reporting, preparing deposits, and coordinating with store management on stock transfers and markdowns.
- Assist with store events, private appointments and product launches, providing concierge-level service to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to visual and operational projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or client-facing experience; experience with luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
- Proven excellence in customer service, strong interpersonal skills and polished presentation.
- Accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing; comfort operating point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising and follow brand standards meticulously.
- Organizational aptitude with attention to detail for inventory and administrative tasks.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (if based in the U.S.).

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail, sales support or customer service experience; prior experience with a luxury or premium fashion brand is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in fashion, merchandising, or business is preferred.
