Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand styling and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through individualized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Engage in omni‑channel selling: use mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short‑form video/live demonstrations to capture client data and convert leads.
  • Operate transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) while adhering to POS and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store programs; welcome feedback and adopt behavioural improvements.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment that encourages team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Physically able to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or specialty retail and demonstrated client relationship building are strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
