Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the point of sale and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS platforms accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and adhere to cash-handling and company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and stock accuracy.
- Replenish stock levels on the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support selling activities by suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market; assist with social media engagement when required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
- Respond confidently to customer requests and partner with colleagues or management to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and laptop use; able to use walkie talkie and read price/product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience is required, preferably in luxury or premium retail; experience across cashiering, stockroom operations and selling is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
