Coach in Hong Kong seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate — part-time seasonal role delivering luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to every client interaction.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online-order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset-protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operations and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop).
- Familiarity with clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form/video content for commerce.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and social commerce/live-stream selling are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
