Coach Seasonal Sales Associate (part-time) in Hong Kong — front-line retail role delivering luxury client service and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards on the sales floor.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and generate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in team targets and incentive programs.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage online pickups, handle returns/exchanges and operate POS systems.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, perform inventory processing and maintain merchandise presentation.
  • Maintain a tidy, merchandised sales floor and stockroom while following asset-protection and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently and sustain high floor energy.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS and mobile POS systems (iPad/laptop); comfortable reading price/release sheets.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices, data acquisition and CRM-driven follow-up.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education
