Coach is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Hong Kong (HK Sogo Causeway Bay). Part-time retail role delivering luxury client service and omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver an elevated, personalised client experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store POS systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream formats to capture client data and convert digital engagement into sales.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receipt and replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom maintenance and asset-protection procedures.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy and professionalism; adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Contribute to team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas, participating in brand trainings and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to use POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad and laptop; comfortable with walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social commerce; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain composure with multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
