Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Frisco, Texas (Stonebriar Centre) — deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and meeting individual and store KPIs; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and support omni-channel purchases.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads and close sales both in-store and via digital channels.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking and managing product movement between floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a clean, organized and merchandised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price and release sheets.
- Strong English speaking skills required.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data capture is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1+ years in sales or retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling or digital sales tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certificate in retail, fashion merchandising or related field is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
