Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communication systems and interpret price sheets and product release information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, encompassing cashier operations, stock management, or sales roles. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or customer service training welcome.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
