Coach (Edina, MN) seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos); capture client data to support omni-channel conversion.
  • Support daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments and maintain merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, manage multiple customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business priorities.
  • Adhere to store policies including POS procedures and asset protection; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and replenished.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop), and familiarity with walkie‑talkie communications and reading price/release sheets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience, social commerce or live-stream selling and clienteling/data acquisition skills are strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Edina, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
