Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Process incoming shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with brand guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and in the local community, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market awareness
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
• Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price and product release sheets accurately
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, ideally in a luxury retail or customer service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or customer service training considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
