Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture customer data and generate new business.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-stocked, orderly sales floor.
  • Participate in inventory cycles, loss-prevention procedures and adhere to retail policies and asset-protection protocols.
  • Manage multiple customers with high energy and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment; assist colleagues across functional areas and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom tasks.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Minimum of one year in a sales role, ideally within luxury retail or fashion. Direct experience with omnichannel selling, clienteling and meeting individual sales KPIs is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
