Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience and adhering to Coach style and service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; track and meet KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture client data and convert demand.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised, and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Participate in inventory cycles, receive shipments, and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas, and contribute to a trust-based, high-performance team environment.
- Engage in brand initiatives and training programmes; accept feedback and adapt behaviour while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate point-of-sale systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; previous luxury retail or brand experience preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and using omni-channel retail tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer-service training advantageous.
