Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and facilitate omnichannel conversions.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, processing returns/exchanges/online pickups, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and adhere to asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas, and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating store traffic, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and maintain professional composure under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie operation.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Compensation
