Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates to enhance the brand presentation
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in compliance with privacy guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent)
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Knowledge of price sheets, product release information, and walkie talkie communication systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
