Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive positioning in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience in a customer-facing or stock role, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
