Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Aurora, Illinois (Chicago Premium Outlets). Part‑time retail role with omni‑channel selling and customer‑facing responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Sell via omni‑channel approaches: in‑store, mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos).
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment and receiving shipments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom remain clean, organized and fully stocked.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while following POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas to ensure smooth store operations.
- Source new customers through outreach and in‑store engagement; capture client data and update CRM records accurately.
- Demonstrate resilience and professionalism under pressure, adapt selling techniques to business needs and welcome coaching.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operations and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS.
- Experience using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and video‑based selling (live‑stream shopping, short‑form video) preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail exposure and demonstrable clienteling or social selling experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
