Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
  • Use clienteling tools and social/short-form video platforms to capture client data, engage audiences and convert leads to sales.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, replenish stock, receive shipments and support inventory cycles while preserving presentation standards.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory processing, loss-prevention procedures and general housekeeping of sales floor and stockroom.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative, trust-based environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience in retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/Mobile POS); basic computer proficiency required.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capable of regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver in salesfloor/stockroom environments.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail exposure and experience with omnichannel selling, clienteling and social/live video commerce are preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
