Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling: use Mobile POS and clienteling tools to close sales, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and capture customer data.
  • Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and attainment of individual and team KPIs; develop and implement personal sales plans.
  • Maintain store operations and visual standards including inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
  • Support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement) and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Contribute to team performance by fostering a collaborative environment, participating in brand initiatives and completing assigned training.
  • Operate in a high‑traffic retail environment, managing multiple customers on the floor while maintaining composure and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency using Mobile POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with clienteling tools and social selling platforms is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Must be able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and engaging clients across in‑store and digital touchpoints.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
